JOB PERTAMINA-TALISMAN JAMBI MERANG is Oil and Gas Operating Joint Venture between PT.Pertamina Hulu Energi and Talisman Energy Inc. It was founded in 1989. The Jambi Merang Block consists of 2 fields, Sungai Kenawang and Pulai Gading. Our vision is to become the best and largest Operating Body in gas production.

Currently we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following position:

1. SENIOR OPERATOR (SO)
Responsibilities :
  • Operate plant with reliable, efficient, and save by identifying abnormality and take responsive actions to overcome operation production issues

  • Ensure Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment, Isolation of Equipment and Permit to Work are in placed during production activities in order to minimize or ovoid hazards of work, health and environment

  • Lead team of operators in performing daily operation production, overriding/MOS, start up, or shutdown in safe, efficient ways

  • Solve operation production issues and problems by coordinating with Shift Supervisor; gather facts, data, reports all incidents and accidents with its evaluation as needed

  • Perform coaching and mentoring to the subordinates to enhance the level of operation skill and knowledge within teams

  • Contribute in activities of QHSEMS ( Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems) such as Safety Talks, SBOC, Fire Training, Emergency Drill

Requirements :
  1. Minimum Technical High School (STM)/Diploma (D3)

  2. Minimum 7 years related experience in Oil & Gas Industry

  3. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position

  4. Familiar using SAP System

2. CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR (CRO)
Responsibilities :
  • Control production process starting from well up to export in order to achieve level of gas specification in safely manner and in line with production procedure in company

  • Perform start up / shut down plant procedure as to direction of Supervisor / Superintendent

  • Report to Production Supervisor for any faulty equipment, upset process, and other plant situation abnormalities that potentially endanger QHSEMS (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems)

  • Perform I/A system hardware and check daily network status ICS/DCS System Management; profide reliable reports to the Production Supervisor in order for the operation production activities is supervised and stability maintained its performance

  • Coordinate effectively with production buyer and shifer (transportation gas) for sales target nomination purpose

  • Act as of member of Emergency Response Team (ERT) and coordinate with Production Supervisor during emergency situation accurred

Requirements :
  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Technique

  2. Minimum 7 years experience as panel man / CCR in Oil & Gas Industry

  3. Control Process Knowledge

  4. Process & Occupational Safety Knowledge

3. SENIOR INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (SIT)
Responsibilities :
  • Perform routine maintenance activities by fixing and overhouling routine hidrolik, pneumatic and electronic instrumentation, include with its safety device system to ensure optimum performance as to maintenance procedure and QHSEMS ( Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems)

  • Identify and analyse faulty and take immidiate corrective action to solve issues of instrumentation; reports to Lead Instrument/ Instrument Supervisor

  • Ensure completeness of tools needed during maintenance work execution that involve instrumentation for safe and efficient activities

  • Record maintenance activities dan report it in maintenance files for future analysis of special cases when needed.

  • Provide technical advise which involves instrumentation expertise from operation production equipment, that categorize as critical equipment to ensure target and production stability performance

  • Identify and report instrumentation material sparepart need for the availability of sparepart at times of routine maintenance

Requirements :
  1. Minimum Technical High School (STM)/Diploma (D3) in Instrumentation

  2. Minimum 4 years experience in Instrumentation in the Oil and Gas Industry

  3. Familiar using SAP System

  4. Knowledge of Gas Plant Instrumentation

4. SITE ACQUISITION / LAND MATTER (LM)
Responsibilities :
  • Identify, collect and maintain records of land acquisition

  • Contact and cooperate with local authorities for land acquisition

  • Maintain and manage records of land acquisition agreements and contracts

  • Collect, receive and conduct research of land record from land owner

  • Determine land ownership by cooperate with local authorities

  • Identify and consult with stakeholders with authority on land issues

  • Preparing and negotiating for contract with PPAT or public notary

  • Identify and conduct researches on land issues and consult with stakeholders

  • Ensure land use by-laws and policies comply with legislation

Requirements :
  1. Bachelor of Law (S1)/ Management/ Social Studies with relevant working experience

  2. Minimum 5 years experience in land acquisition / land matter

  3. Analytical and problem solving skill

  4. Good communication skill

5. SENIOR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (SET)
Responsibilities :
  • Perform instalation activities as required to the electrical facility / equipment within operation areas to ensure fully operational, in service, maintened safely, in occordance with maintenance procedure and QHSEMS ( Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems)

  • Execute inspection, testing and routine electrical maintenance throughout facility / electrical instrument in operation areas as to work program and guideline

  • Establish corrective maintenance dan troubleshooting to the facility /electrical equipment as to operational parameters and guidelines

  • Prepare maintenance activities for flowless execution, ensuring permits, PPE, Tools, materials, equipment, work site preparation in placed

  • Lead team of electrical technicians by reporting process and result of electrical activities to the Lead Electrical in timely manner.

Requirements :
  1. Minimum Technical High School (STM)/Diploma (D3) in Electrical

  2. Minimum 4 years experience in Electrical in the Oil and Gas Industry

  3. Familiar using SAP System

  4. Knowledge of Gas Plant Electrical

6. METERING SPECIALIST (MS)
Responsibilities :
  • Perform routine preventif maintenance to the metering sistem such as diagnose, analyse and take corrective action to the analyzer and metering system in order to maintain daily production stability

  • Provide report of miss-measurement during trouble on custody metering that will impact on fiscal / billing report for better data accuracy and lesson learned.

  • Support for the re-certification dan re-calibration to the custody metering system by coordinating with external parties (contractor & government instituion) in order to maintain matering equipment and its certification validity.

  • Establish metering system maintenance procedure and its schedule to ensure routine metering system maintenance process is executed in standard and timely manner

  • Record activities of metering system maintenance in files for its easy access in analysing metering system with supervisor during special cases of metering system.

Requirements :
  1. Minimum of Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) in Physics or Electrical

  2. Minimum 6 years of Metering experience in the Oil and Gas Industry

  3. Certified Safety System

  4. Certified Metering System

  5. Certified Fire and Gas System

7. SENIOR MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (SMT)
Responsibilities :
  • Perform maintenance activities of all mechanical equipment’s at the process and well platform.

  • Prepare and execute work programs and coordinates with related Supervisors and other services.

  • Ensure all relevant mechanical equipment is fully operational, in service, maintained safely, effectively and in accordance with procedures

  • Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.

  • Diagnose and analyze fault and take corrective action in case of trouble.

  • Liaise with Supervisor and Lead Technician to record maintenance events / report and analysis in order to maintain complete and accurate records within the maintenance management system- R3/SAP System.

  • Contributes for maintaining the high availability and reliability of the Turbo Gas Compressor, Turbo Gas Generator and others rotating machinery.

  • Issue mechanical materials / spare parts requisition and ensure the minimum stock level on site. Liaise with Supervisor and Lead technician to update spare parts availability.

  • Liaison with other maintenance and operations personnel to ensure all work is coordinated and within production considerations

  • Carry out major services, overhauls and breakdown maintenance on equipment as well as routine maintenance and operations for optimal reliability and performance.

Requirements :
  1. Minimum Mechanical High School (STM)/ D3 in Mechanical

  2. Minimum 5 years related experience in Oil & Gas

  3. Familiar using SAP System

8. IT SUPERVISOR (ITS)
Responsibilities :
  • Ensure maximum availability of computer systems, communication, information technology system are in place throughout organization.

  • Working with management to propose, agree and deliver IT services to defined Service Level Agreements

  • Manage ICT Department include staff, rostering, training and leave

  • Recommed, develop and administer information technology systems, policies and procedures to support the short and long term information technology.

Requirements :
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology/ Information Management

  2. Minimum 6 years related experience in Oil & Gas, Mining or Petrochemical

  3. Familiar using SAP System

9. HR FIELD SUPERVISOR (HRFS)
Responsibilities :
  • Program training and development activities in order to enhance employees competence as to organization need and objective

  • Manage rosting and work schedule conjointly with supervisors for operational effectiveness

  • Lead the implementation of industrial relation & welfare that inline with procedure, company policy and comply with manpower regulation

  • Develop and implement best practise of HR system and procedure for the existance of continual improvement

Requirements :
  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Management

  2. Certified PTK 18

  3. Certified Human Resources Training Certification

  4. Minimum 3 years of HR similar experience in Oil and Gas Industry

  5. Minimum 4 years of HR managerial experience in Non Oil and Gas Industry

  6. Good communication skill

  7. People Management

  8. Negotiation Skill

10. SECRETARY (SEC)
Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate office activities and perform secretarial assignments for professional or management staff in support of the on-going operations of the office

  • Perform secretarial assigments include such duties as office coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining officer records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the professionals (s) and /or management staff’s area of responsibility

  • Establish and maintain office files, logs, indexes, control records, or other information concerning the work under the supervisor’s control

  • Assists in the preparation of budgets and financial reports; prepares and monitors timekeeping and other personnel records

  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences for professional (s) and /or management staff and notifies interested parties; makes travel reservation as needed.

Requirements :
  1. Secretarial Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Social Studies

  2. Minimum 2 years working experience as Secretary

  3. Administrative Writing Skills

  4. Reporting, archiving and scheduling Skills
